The Signature Venue Edit is for clients who want a beautifully designed celebration without being the project manager. We guide decisions, coordinate the vendor team, and manage execution. You get the benefit of staying present and enjoying your event from beginning to end.
We start by scheduling a discovery call to learn more about what you are celebrating, your guest count, your preferred date, and the kind of experience you would like to have. We’ll explore ideas, confirm your investment comfort zone, and outline next steps before sending your booking contract.

Once booked, you’ll be paired with a Cherish Moments Event Planner and receive ongoing guidance to keep the process clear and effortless.
Planning Begins

Your planner will work with you to select the best venue for your event. Through our venue partnerships, you’ll receive access to exclusive rates and thoughtfully curated spaces.
Venue tours will also be conducted before selection, as needed.

Once your venue is secured, we collaborate on your event design. This is where we'll confirm your theme, style, and overall vision to create a cohesive experience that feels elevated and personal.

Vendor Curation
If you have no preferred vendors, your planner will provide a curated list of highly-rated professionals. This includes, but is not limited to, catering, DJ, photography, videography, and more.
On event day, our team takes the lead. Your planner will meet with and manage all vendors, oversee setup, and work alongside your venue management team to ensure everything stays on track.
Your job is to show up and celebrate.
