Wedding Planning Essentials
An early-planning experience for couples who want to understand what their wedding will realistically require before committing to a wedding venue.
We create a customized wedding budget breakdown based on your guest count, priorities, source venues aligned with your needs and budget, attend up to five venue tours, and review your selected venue agreement before you sign.
Once your venue is secured and your planning foundation is established, you’ll continue planning independently with 18 months of access to your customized wedding planning portal.

Designed for couples who are confidently planning their wedding and want an experienced team to take ownership of final preparation and wedding-day execution. From the moment you hire us, you’ll receive access to your wedding planning portal, professional email support, and curated vendor referrals.
Beginning eight weeks before your wedding, our team reviews your contracts and venue documents, develops the comprehensive timeline, confirms details with your vendors, finalizes logistics, leads the rehearsal, and manages your wedding day through the final moments of the reception.

Guided Wedding Management
Designed for couples who want more support than Wedding Management but still want to lead the planning process themselves. Offering a level of guidance similar to partial planning, this service combines structured monthly planning support with our complete Wedding Management experience.
During each scheduled planning meeting, we review your progress, answer current questions, talk through upcoming decisions, identify potential gaps, and determine what needs your attention next. We also help you understand how your choices may affect your wedding investment, logistics, guest experience, and wedding day—so you can continue planning with clear priorities and informed direction.
As your wedding approaches, our team transitions from guiding the planning process to taking the lead on final preparation, vendor coordination, timeline development, the rehearsal, and wedding-day execution.
