Terms & Conditions

By booking or purchasing any experience, service, or add-on through Cherished Moments, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review carefully prior to completing your purchase.

1. Services & Experiences

Cherished Moments provides custom-designed experiences, installations, and event-related services. Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our work, all experiences are planned, prepared, and reserved specifically for the client and selected date.

All descriptions, visuals, and examples provided on our website are for inspiration and reference. Final designs may vary based on availability, space, and logistical considerations while maintaining the intended aesthetic and experience.

2. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
   

• Dates are not reserved until payment is successfully processed.
   

• All sales are final once payment is received.
   

3. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any experiences, add-ons, or services once booked. This includes cancellations, no-shows, changes of mind, or scheduling conflicts on the client’s end.

4. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed. Any approved rescheduling may result in additional fees.

5. Design Flexibility

While every effort is made to honor the agreed-upon design, Cherished Moments reserves the right to make substitutions or adjustments due to availability, venue restrictions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will maintain the overall intent, quality, and value of the experience.

6. Setup, Access & Timing

Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the space for setup and breakdown. Delays in access may impact the final result and do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

For installations requiring venue or hotel coordination, the client is responsible for securing permissions and access unless otherwise stated.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding location, space, and access
   

• Ensure the space is suitable for the selected experience
   

• Follow all venue, property, and safety requirements
   

Cherished Moments is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. Liability

Cherished Moments is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to venues or properties
   

• Damage caused by guests, third parties, or venue staff
   

• Personal injury occurring during or after the experience
   

Clients assume full responsibility for the use of the space and the presence of guests.

9. Weather & External Factors

Outdoor or weather-impacted experiences are subject to conditions beyond our control. Weather-related changes or interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

10. Photography & Content Usage

By booking an experience, clients grant Cherished Moments permission to photograph or record installations for marketing, portfolio, and promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the experience.

11. Force Majeure

Cherished Moments is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Please note:

• Deliveries & Set-ups begins Thursdays February 12th 2026 & End February 14th 2026

• Set-ups begin at 8am 

• 2 hour time frame is required unless additional fees are paid in advance for an exact delivery and set up time.

• Clean up begins at 10am the next day unless an exact clean up time was paid for in advance 

• Exact Delivery time: $150

• Exact clean-up time: $150

  • Exact next day clean-up begins at 8am 

• Evening before set-up: $250

  • Evening before is any time after 6PM
